A motorboat with three Romanian citizens was detained by border guards of the Izmail detachment on the Danube River.

Administrative reports were drawn up against the foreigners for illegal border crossing, and Ukrainian border guards handed the offenders over to their Romanian counterparts. The fishermen’s watercraft was seized until a court decision is reached.
